The “Integrated System for Korean as a Foreign Language for Secondary School Learners,” operated by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea and the International Korean Education Foundation (IKEF), provides free e-books and a dedicated viewer program to support customized Korean language education in secondary schools overseas.

💻 System Access Information

The previous textbook application system and e-book viewer system have been merged into a single platform for convenient access through a dedicated website.

📝 How to Apply for Access

The system is provided free of charge to all overseas secondary schools. However, an official account is required to access e-books and request textbooks.

• For New Registration and Textbook Request Inquiries: Please send an inquiry to the person in charge at the Korean Education Center in LA at ymlee.kecla@gmail.com, including information about your school. You will receive further instructions and an account will be issued to you.
